Just something...

So I realized I love parties, not because it's a good time, well, only partially because it's a good time. I love people watching and seeing what everyones goal is. Some people are looking to spend the night with someone the never have to talk to again, some people are looking for love, some people need to get messed up to get over themselves and there are who just want to get messed up.
Then there's me.

It's fascinating.

Here are the pictures from my night.

Sonnar First Look!

Carl Zeiss Sonnar 50mm/1.5-Leica M8

Birthday!

Celebrated a couple birthdays the other night, (Mine included!! Always nice to be remembered)
Good time, got way to drunk and ended up with a bunch of out of focus pictures,
(At least the camera stayed in one piece)
I picked out a couple that I liked, given the circumstances what's a little missed focus?.

Classic Sonnar, Compact Rangefinder

Carl Zeiss 50/1.5 Sonnar, havn't gotten to use it yet but like what I've seen.
Just picked it up this morning, I'm planning on bringing it out tonight, can't wait.

Also got this little thing today, very cool like fixed lens Rangefinder, great lens, and the option for shutter priority makes it a small fast quiet camera. I put a roll of color film in there and I'm excited to see the results.

Mine Goes to One point 0

I got to spend some time with a Leica Noctilux the other day. Fastest lens out there.
Low light photography was suddenly a breeze, the lens see's more in the dark then I can.

I feel like I didn't have enough time to get the hang of it, but when I have a spare 5 grand lying around I'l pick one up for myself.
